Who will deliver my order?

All orders will be fulfilled by the staff here at Royal Exchange Flowers.

When will my flowers be delivered?

We at Royal Exchange Flowers deliver orders between the times of 8am and 6pm*, Monday to Saturday. We are unable to provide you with a precise delivery time, but we always attempt to deliver as early as possible. *Please note this could be a little later during busy holidays such as Mother's Day, Valentine's Day, and Christmas Eve.

Can I request a morning delivery?

A common question which we have to say not always. Occasionally we are too busy in the mornings to ensure delivery before noon. If you do decide to leave us a delivery note at the checkout, we cannot guarantee that anytime requests will be adhered to, but we will do our best to meet your needs.

Can I track my order?

Once we've received your order details, we'll send you an email to confirm it's being made. Once the order is delivered, we'll let you know.

Can I leave you specific delivery instructions?

Yes! We know that some properties are hard to find, others need access codes or even a phone call to be let in. At the checkout, you'll see a space to add delivery notes, tell us anything that might be useful for our delivery team.

How far in advance should I place my flower delivery order?

It's generally recommended to place your order at least a few days in advance, especially for special occasions like Valentine's Day or Mother's Day when demand is high. This ensures that we have enough time to prepare and deliver your order on time.
